What is a photo panel or lithophane?
A lithophane is a photo translated into a relief panel. The image appears when light from the stand passes through the changing depth of the portrait panel.
Which product should I choose first?
Start with The Photo Light for $59. It includes one illuminated stand and one custom photo panel. The heart keychain is $12, the light-and-heart bundle is $65, an Extra Photo Panel is $25, and an Illuminated Stand without a panel is $35.
How do I change photo panels?
Lift the installed panel out of the stand, then slide another Reeflooma portrait panel into the same opening.
How much are shipping and sales tax?
Standard US shipping is shown separately in Stripe checkout. Any sales tax required for your shipping address is calculated before you authorize payment.
How much of my photo will be visible?
The visible crop is 106 × 138 mm. The crop guide in Create shows the portrait area used for your Photo Light.
What are the panel dimensions?
Every launch photo panel is one portrait size: 110 × 148 mm overall, including the lower section held inside the stand.
What photos work best?
Use the clearest original file you have. Even lighting, visible facial detail, and a subject with room around the edges give you the most flexibility when positioning the portrait crop.
Which photo formats can I upload?
Create accepts JPG or JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF, AVIF, and GIF files. ProRAW or DNG files need to be exported as JPG first.
Which stand finishes are available?
The light wood-tone 3D-printed finish is available now. Dark wood tone is coming soon.
How is the Photo Light powered?
The stand has a USB-C power connection at the rear.
How are my photos handled?
Your selected source photo, crop, and order details are stored privately for production and order support. They are not published on a public product page.
What if there is an issue with my custom product?
Photo panels are custom products, so cancellation and return options are limited once production begins. Contact us with your order reference if an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not what you ordered.
How do I check my order status?
Use the private order-status link sent with your order messages. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order reference.
