Made to order after checkout.
Orders
An order starts when you choose a piece, crop your photograph, and complete Stripe checkout. We contact you if the photograph needs clarification before production.
Payment
Payment is collected through Stripe during checkout. Once paid, the order can move into production and finishing.
Custom work
Lithophanes are custom objects made from personal photographs. We will flag quality issues before production when a photo is too dark, too low resolution, or likely to crop important details.
Shipping and timing
Current production timing is usually 5-7 days after payment, before carrier transit time. Shipping timing can change during holidays or severe weather.
Cancellations and remakes
Because each piece is made to order, cancellation options narrow once production begins. If the finished piece has a production defect, email us and we will make it right.
