Orders
An order starts when you choose a product, position the portrait crop, provide your contact details, and complete Stripe checkout. You are responsible for checking the crop and order details you submit.
Payment
Payment is collected directly through Stripe during checkout. A submitted order does not enter fulfillment until its payment status is confirmed. Product prices do not include shipping or sales tax. The complete amount, including the shipping charge and any applicable tax, is shown before you authorize payment.
Custom work
Photo panels are custom products made from the image and crop you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use the image. The visible crop is 106 × 138 mm within a 110 × 148 mm portrait panel.
Delivery and updates
Delivery details collected during checkout are used to fulfill the order. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Status messages and the private order-status page provide the available fulfillment and delivery updates. Delivery dates can change after an order is placed.
Cancellations and returns
Because photo panels are made to order, cancellation and return options are limited once production begins. Contact us promptly with your order reference if an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not what you ordered so we can review the appropriate remedy.
Product configuration
The launch collection is one portrait Photo Light with a light or dark 3D-printed stand finish. The stand has a USB-C power connection. Only the products and quantities listed in your Stripe checkout are included in the order.
