What we collect
When you create an order, we collect your name, email, selected product and finish, file names, crop settings, and the source and cropped photo files needed for production. Stripe collects your phone number, shipping address, and payment information at checkout.
How we use it
We use this information to make your custom panel, contact you when an order needs clarification, deliver the order, send status and receipt messages, and provide support.
Consent and email preferences
Marketing and sale emails are optional. If you subscribe, we store your consent with your email address. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also use the email preferences page. Unsubscribing does not affect receipts, order updates, delivery messages, or support replies.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Reeflooma does not store card numbers or raw payment credentials.
Retention and deletion
We retain order records and photo files while they are needed for production, support, bookkeeping, and fraud prevention. You can ask us to delete order emails and production files after an order is complete or cancelled, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security and access
Order records and photo files are not published as public pages. Customer access uses private order links, and staff access is limited to restricted administrative tools. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
