What we collect
When you create an order, we collect your name, email, selected piece details, file names, crop settings, and compressed browser crop/source images.
How we use it
We use your order details to make the piece, contact you if the photograph needs clarification, send order updates, and support the order.
Marketing emails
Marketing and sale emails are optional. If you subscribe, we store that preference with your email address. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting order updates, receipts, shipping messages, or support replies.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Reeflooma does not store card numbers or raw payment credentials.
Deletion requests
You can ask us to delete order emails and production files when an order is complete or cancelled, subject to bookkeeping and fraud prevention records we may need to keep.
