What you share
When you join the list, we collect your email address and any optional name, product interests, or feedback you provide. We also record your signup source and email consent. If you email the studio, we receive your message and contact details.
How we use it
We use signup information to send Reeflooma launch news and product updates, understand interest in the collection, and plan future products. We use messages to answer your questions. Technical request data helps operate the website and protect forms from abuse.
Your email choices
Joining the list is optional. You can unsubscribe through the link in our marketing emails or the email preferences page. This stops marketing updates; we can still reply to a question you send us.
Storage and services
Website hosting, database storage, and email delivery services process information so the site and list can work. Signup information is stored in restricted systems and is not published on the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits to public pages, such as popular pages, referral websites, and device types. It does not use tracking cookies. We exclude administrative, order, payment, and private email-preference links from page-view measurement and remove query strings and fragments.
Access and deletion
Contact hello@reeflooma.com to ask about the information you have shared or request its deletion. We keep information while it is needed for the list, support, and security, subject to records we are required to retain.
Earlier order information
Checkout is currently closed. If you previously shared order details or photos, contact the studio about access, support, or deletion. Records needed to support an existing order or meet recordkeeping requirements may need to be retained.
